He has been working in the field of intellectual property law since 1991. He represents companies of all sizes. The focus of his advice is on technical matters in mechanical engineering, mechanics, automotive engineering, and process engineering. His specialty is advising marketing agencies. The marketing agencies need for providing their services to their clients nowadays often a legally checked advice and recommendation for their clients to have a piece of strategic advice. He has given seminars and training events for over 15 years and has given lectures at various associations such as; the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Chambers of Crafts.

The focus of his studies was on intellectual property law and copyright law during his studies. Before graduating, he worked in a law firm specializing in competition law and press law. During his legal traineeship, he gained experience in employee invention law. In addition to the legal areas mentioned, Bengt Langer also supports clients with cease and desist letters and the creation of data protection declarations.
